How to: Open a file for editing from Quick View.
Solution:
Select the 'File' menu and select 'Open File for Editing'.
1) In the Quick View window, select the 'File' menu and select 'Open File for Editing'. (The application associated with the file opens with the file.)
NOTE: Not all applications have Quick View viewers associated with them.
'Open file'
2) Make your changes, using the commands within that application.
3) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save' or 'Save As...' to save the edited file.
